Meet Your Coach

I'm Luke, the owner of LBC and who you will be working with to smash your health & fitness goals! 

A little background on me! I have been training for well over a decade now, and have been coaching since 2021. I've worked with a range of individuals; from day 1 beginners to people with years of training experience. From a wide range goals like fat loss, muscle gain and fitness.

Personally, I am what you could call a Hybrid Athlete, where I love to train multiple goals each year! For instance, I have ran multiple half marathons & marathons, have completed a physique photoshoot (more to come) and am currently competing in Powerlifting. 

This is an integral part of my training philosophy. I don't believe that we should bottleneck ourselves into one form of training, as there are so many great benefits available from the others! Also, from training for all of these various goals, I have experienced a shit-load of challenges and struggles that I have had to navigate, so I know I can help you navigate then too.

I have spent years refining my craft, through continuous education & coaching 100s of people on the gym floor since starting my career! 

There is a myriad of information out there, so much so that's borderline overwhelming to try and figure out what actually works with nutrition & training. I will take the guess-work out of it for you, and will make sure every week of training is a productive one, and make sure you have enough information & guidance to continue to lean and progress long-term, and get the best results!

- 5+ Years Experience of coaching on the gym floor

- Full Personal Training Certification with Setanta College

- Completed FFC1 with PFCA

- Completed Applied Nutrition Course with Advanced Coaching Academy
